Conditional Green Card

A green card gives a person access to all rights and opportunities of American citizenship, except for the right to vote, which is granted after a person has been a permanent U.S. citizen for five years. EB-5 visa holders are given a conditional green card at the outset and can submit an application for citizenship in reduced time.

USCIS Designation

The Bay Area Regional Center received Regional Center designation on June 23, 2009 and expanded August 5, 2010 to now include eight counties.
