The Oakland City Redevelopment Agency has granted Sunfield Development, LLC approval to proceed through due diligence for two projects. This project is expected to be ready for EB-5 investments by June 2012.

Foothill & Seminary

Located in the revitalizing area of East Oakland, this two story 34,500 sq. ft retail project will include a 14,500 sq. ft anchor tenant, a restaurant and small retail stores.

Estimated to create approximately 172 permanent new jobs

USCIS Designation

The Bay Area Regional Center received Regional Center designation on June 23, 2009 and expanded August 5, 2010 to now include eight counties.
